The club provides access to the facilities on a booking basis for individual kids birthday parties. It is well advised to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

The party is to provide its own food and drink.

The current fee for the time duration is ZAR 500.00

The booking times available excludes Public Running days.

Bookings may be made for any day of the week excluding Sundays.

There are two timeslots available:
10am-12pm
2pm-4pm

The train will be running strictly between these times, the last ride of the day will be anounced by the driver. If the party wants to extend the party duration, it will be solely at the discretion of the driver, provided that there is no party booked for the later time slot. There is an additional cost attached of ZAR 150.00 payable before continuation of the next 1/2 hour or part thereof. NO NEGOTIATION ON THIS MATTER. The train has a halfway stop through the alloted time slot for approx 10-15min to enable the party to sing a song, blow out candles, cut the cake etc. and last but not least for the driver to stretch his legs (wink..wink).

At all times will the party rules be strictly obeyed and applied.

The premises will be opened a half hour before the time slot to enable party preperations to be done. A half hour is allowed after the time slot for goodbyes and packing up. Common courtesy will dictate the actions of the party.
