Having said that, in order for your visit to be without any incidents as far as humanly possible, the following rules are to be adhered to.

Before the start of the party an endemnity form shall be signed, wherein you assume full responsibility for your guests.

Before the start of the party the full amount shall be paid.

At least one adult on the back of the train for supervisory purposes at all times during the rides.

All passengers to face forward.

All passengers to remain seated at ALL times.

All passengers may NOT sit with their legs on one side only.

Feet to be placed firmly on the running boards of the sit-on wagons and no dragging of the feet allowed on the stone track ballast.

Passengers to be firmly seated on the sit-in wagons and NO dragging of the arms allowed.

NO passengers to embark/disembark until the train has come to a complete stop.

NO rocking of the coaches.

Absolutely no damage to the Fauna and Flora in the grounds.

NO running alongside the train or anywhere on the track.

NO placing of any objects anywhere on the track.

NOBODY to enter the tunnel under ANY circumstances, or play on top of it.

No non-member may enter the workshop.

No throwing of the ballast stones for any reason.

The driver or any club member present reserves the right to prohibit any person from riding on the train if these rules (safety safeguards) are not strictly adhered to.

The PMES does not accept any liability for injury or damages howsoever caused on these premises to goods or persons.
